"DEPRESSION, ANXIETY" - familiar terms, isn't it? Happy Mental Health Day and welcome back to another blog with me to overcome the problem of genZ.

It is a bliss to see today's advanced generation concerned about mental health to lead a peaceful life. However, it is quite saddening when they interpret complicated terms in wrong ways. One such word is "Depression". Remember, each and every single problem in disguise, gives you a temporary sadness (not depression) that can be overcome in multiple ways. I learned a beautiful solution to overcome this problem of genZ - selfless love. Learn to understand your fellow mate and be generous. Accept problems as a gift from above because everything trains you and mends you to be a better you. Enjoy this poem to delve more into a power shot that you better not use.

"Egoistic", the forbidden term,
She never meant to earn,
Breaks the forever tie
Never meant to die.

"Let go of your childish self,
Don't be like everyone else!
Polish it without a choice,
Open your mind!" said a voice.

Quick-witted, she did rise,
To correct and analyse,
The folly of being blind
And bruise the kind.

An alter in her role
Mended the shattered core,
Leaving sadness to unloose
And bloom peace to use!

This simple incident demonstrates how modest amounts of selfishness accumulated over the years may easily shatter precious bonds. So my friend, remember to pop out from your protective self and socialise heartily with the people around you. Cherish those around you and enjoy life to the fullest so that there's nothing to worry. Stay assured that you are awarded twice when overcoming the trails of life.

Hola my friend! There are times when you blank out for no reason, right? I myself got caught up in such a trance today. It definitely took me a while to get back to my senses. Here's a poem I wrote baffled up with random thoughts.  Stranded in the deep wood With nothing in hand Desperate and alone i stood  In the silty sand. How did I end up here?  No answers can define Will I find something dear That I can make mine. Swallowed by queries, I sink No sign to lead the way Eyes shudder and blink No words to say.
