Story of my Life


Hola my friend!

The sky looked pretty today when dusk hit. It looked as if millions of stories were inscribed in the sky. 

The beautiful inscription reminded me of one of my favourite 1D songs, "Story of my Life" which goes like this, 'Written in these walls are the stories that I can't explain, Leave my heart open but it stays right here empty for days.... And I'll be gone, gone tonight, The ground beneath my feet is open wide, The way that I've been holding on too tight with nothing in between'.

Pages torn, untold,
Piercing right through the soul.
Screams silenced, nullified,
A sore crush held to the side.
Wet with the sweat of eyes,
Darkened, smudged by grease,
Amidst a shivering hand
Uncalmed, petrified by release.
Torn and thrown apart,
Yet engraved in the heart,
With a million pieces fused,
Old heirlooms brought to use.

Nature once again made me realise it's aesthetic significance with life!

Hola my friend! 2025 started just now and it's already the last day of the first month. This month has taught me a lot and has also trained me in divine faith.  My main takeaway from January 2025 is self-confidence. At many insticts i doubt my own capabilities. But, this month has led me to muster up courage and try on new challenges. I got myself involved in various college and Church events and explored a new environment all together. In addition, I also used the platform to volunteer for various programs which has led me become a patient observer. It has paved a pathway for me to learn new things.  Despite focusing on academics alone, I trained myself with the unwavering support of God to face the new obstacles in life. The River

Hola my friend! Today was a memorable day loaded with wonderful interactions. I went to attend a book release ceremony in Nungambakkam. The journey was splendid. Let me share a glimpse of my lovely travel. First off, by coincidence, I met my dear friend in the railway station. Following that me and my friends - Lekha and Catherine started off by Train to Nungambakkam.  The train journey was pleasant and melancholic with the tinge of raw mango and pineapple. We then headed off to Park Hotel where Sabari anna joined us. The book release ceremony started off with a delicious buffee. After filling up with delicacies, the ceremony began and the book "Hidden Agendas" authored by Ajit and Anil was released. Before the ceremony and even after it, we, the small bunch that headed off from MCC, met a varied mass of great people. There were great writers, publishers, directors and actors amidst us. Hola my friend!  Thoughts are intricate openings of the heart. And here I am, Andrea, sharing my lil thoughts to thrive! Life is filled with ups and downs right? There are days when you are overflowing with anxious thoughts and days when you have none to worry about.
