Hola my friend!

Today was an awesome day! Our Church youth went for an Inter-Church competition called "SIMCHA" organized by CSI.St John's Church, Medavakkam. The word "SIMCHA" means happiness. The overall theme was focused on 'praising God' and 'rejoicing in God' for he is 24/7 with us.

Our Youth team was welcomed with a warm smile. We were also presented with yummy refreshments. As soon as the Sunday service got over, the entire Youth present in the Church had a lovely concert cum sharing session. The lovely musician, evangelist and singer (my childhood star and inspiration) behind the energetic concert was Bro.Issac Joe (#number1IssacJoeFan). Everyone present in the arena had a wonderful time with God as we heard about the never-ending happiness provided by him. Following the session, all the competitions commenced. I took part in doodle and singing. I was a bit tensed (because the entire Church depended upon me and my skills thereby causing a hidden pressure), but with the help of my encouraging annas and akkas, and also 100% with the grace of God I was able to participate with confidence and enjoy the process as well. 

As soon as dusk hit, the entire crowd was again hyped up to know the result of all the competitions. By God's grace, our Church was able to bang the overall trophy by securing 1st in Doodle Art (Debi akka and I), 1st in Stand-up comedy (Andriya akka) and 3rd in singing (the entire We_Marks_Youth crew). More than the overall trophy, I was overwhelmed by the unity of all the Churches. Each one beheld one another and applauded for each other equally. It was a delight to be part of such a beautiful irrational fellowship. When I connect this with the future, I could see how youth leaders who arise from such pure backgrounds can make a great change in the politics of Christian Community. The seed is sown, and will reap pleantiful! Today, I'm completely drenched in happiness about the awestruck result and the ablazing future:)

Hola my friend! 2025 started just now and it's already the last day of the first month. This month has taught me a lot and has also trained me in divine faith.  My main takeaway from January 2025 is self-confidence. At many insticts i doubt my own capabilities. But, this month has led me to muster up courage and try on new challenges. I got myself involved in various college and Church events and explored a new environment all together. The River

Hola my friend! Today was a memorable day loaded with wonderful interactions. I went to attend a book release ceremony in Nungambakkam. The journey was splendid. Let me share a glimpse of my lovely travel. First off, by coincidence, I met my dear friend in the railway station. Following that me and my friends - Lekha and Catherine started off by Train to Nungambakkam.  The train journey was pleasant and melancholic with the tinge of raw mango and pineapple. We then headed off to Park Hotel where Sabari anna joined us. The book release ceremony started off with a delicious buffee. After filling up with delicacies, the ceremony began and the book "Hidden Agendas" authored by Ajit and Anil was released. Before the ceremony and even after it, we, the small bunch that headed off from MCC, met a varied mass of great people. There were great writers, publishers, directors and actors amidst us.
