"STRESS! STRESS! STRESS!" is something we hear often these days, isn't it? Be it a 10 year old child or a 40 year old man, each one has their own way and definition of stress. Here's how i got rid of mine today:)
I had a really bad mood off today, that I eventually ended up crying. I wanted to get rid of the negative virus circulating in my nerves. The only way was distraction! I had to search for something I loved doing and require complete concentration, only then will my mind not be disturbed and turn to the better. That's how I ended up drawing patterns in my hand, i.e Mehandi. I was lost in the room of circles and lines which completely got rid of the chaos in my mind. In the end, eventually I started smiling and enjoying the music.
So, my friend, no matter how stressful you are... Remember to take a break and do the things you love! Talk to the person you love, be it your mom or sibling or friend. Burst out your stress and move on with a jovial spirit. It's important to smile genuinely from your heart! Never let your smile drop for strangers:)
