Silence

Hola my friend!

At times, silence is the greatest test one could undergo! Here's a small poem of this test from ages ago...

How easy could it have been
To cling to the rugged wood
With all one could,
When the dome darkened
In despair, like a worn boat
Lost in vast maze,
With hope - it's silver coat.
Three days were way too far,
Temptation, trails, turns,
Silence, fear, mourning,
Tore the soul apart,
Tested the leftover faith,
Engulfing the tumbling hour,
Through whips of true power.
Yet no one saw, nor believed,
The victory of the casket
The joy of the living
And the eternal peace
That was promised far afar.
Ungrateful was the sinner
Until his eyes opened
When the rolling rock
Cracked up his selfish heart.
Oh, was it too hard to wait?
When he's always the one
Longing at your gate.

Happy reading! Adios:)
